Destruction

* Conflagrate now instantly deal damage equal to 12 sec of your Immolate. (Down from 15 sec)
* Shadow and Flame now affects Shadowburn.
* Fire and Brimstone now Increases the bonus damage your Incinerate spell deals to targets afflicted by your Immolate by 6/12/18/24/30%, and the critical strike chance of your Conflagrate spell is increased by 5/10/15/20/25% if the Immolate on the target has 5 or fewer seconds remaining.
* Nether Protection now reduces damage by 30%. (Down from 60%)
* Decimation now only works on targets below 30% health. (down from 35%)

Glyphs

* Glyph of Conflagrate - When you use Conflagrate, the damage done by your next three Destruction spells are increased by 10% if the Immolate on the target has 5 or fewer seconds remaining for 15 sec. (Old - Your Conflagrate spell no longer consumes your Immolate or Shadowflame spell from the target.)

Redesign de la spé destru avec un gros gros nerf de la glyphe de conflag (en gros ils ont pris fire et brimstone et ils l'ont refourgué dans la glyphe, en lui enlevant toute son utilité)...
Accessoirement, aussi désormais fear et blind partageront le même rendement décroissant et mana burn cassera le fear plus vite.

Upcoming Warlock PTR changes
Fire and Brimstone -- After a lot of feedback and testing, we think we are going to change this again. Now increases the damage done by your Incinerate and Chaos Bolt by 15% on targets afflicted by Immolate, and increases the critical strike chance of your Conflagrate by 25%. The first portion of the talent is now a pure percent boost instead of modifying the “bonus” that Incinerate gets. It was too confusing to players and had some weird side-effects, such as Chaos Bolt not scaling well with Incinerate if Incinerate did more damage.

Incinerate and Immolate -- There does seem to be a bug where spellpower is not getting applied correctly. We don't know at this point if this is an old or new bug. Certainly there used to be a lot of spells that didn't scale with spellpower, though we now make an attempt to make sure almost all of them do. It may matter less with the F&B change, but we'll still get it resolved.

Conflagrate -- We still intend to leave this as it currently works on live (not consuming the Immolate).

We understand sometimes players can get whiplash from our rapid iteration. That's just the way we designed, though we perhaps have not always communicated the design churn as openly as we do today.

Bah techniquement, tout ça c'est du buff, sauf pour protection du néant.
C'est juste qu'ils savent pas trop comment rebooster la deep destru sans trop avantager les spé hybrides.
